Kilmurvey House first opened it’s doors as a guesthouse in 1947. Almost 80 years on, we are proud to be the third generation of the Joyce family to run Kilmurvey House. This eighteenth-century stone house is situated on the beautiful and historic Island of Inis Mór, Co. Galway. The house was once the family home of the “Ferocious O’Flahertys” and is 6km from the ferry port of Kilronan. It has been renovated to the highest standards while keeping the old style charm of the house.
The house is located at the foot of Dun Aonghusa fort, only a short walk from the stunning blue flag beach of Kilmurvey. The village of Kilmurvey is peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.
